Finally after many years, Leonardo DiCaprio has an Oscar!
I am so happy for him, he deserves this.
His speach was incredible, he used his voice to speak for those who haven't got one. He also talked about the environment, he used his big moment to talk about global warming, so people would listen. He really does deserve this award.
This is disgusting. I do not want to live in a world where the government tell me if something has happened to me or not.
This started when Kesha was 18 years old. Kesha is now 28 years old. 10 years. 10 years far too long!
"The judge apparently sided with Dr. Luke after hearing how the producer invested $60 million in Kesha's career and that he allowed the singer to make music without his involvement. 'That decimates your argument,' the judge told Kesha and her counsel. 'My instinct is to do the commercially reasonable thing'" - The Daily Beast
How does this decide ? Doesn't matter how much money he invested it doesn't make what he did right. She is not asking for the man who assulted her to go to jail. She doesn't want to work with him. THAT IS ALL!
Here's Dylan Evans' video that explains my views perfectly:
They want people to come forward but do they really think they will NOW?
Why shouldn't Kesha be allowed out of a contract. Zayn Malik was let out of his contract for being unhappy. Just unhappy. But Kesha can't get out of a contract for rape. How wrong and twisted could you be!
Missy or The Master? Doctor Who is known for its villains but the Master/ Missy is slightly different as he/she is a Time Lord just like the Doctor.
The Doctor and the Master/ Missy were once friends however after a "fallout" the Master developed an enormous hate for the Doctor and often seeked out to kill him.
I am only really talking about John Simm's portrayal of the Master which was when David Tennent was the Doctor (my favorites along with Matt Smith).
David Tennent as the Doctor and John Simm as the Master
Favorite Episode: My favorite episode with the Master has to be The Sound of Drums. I find the episode quite funny. My favorite scene has to be this one:
I've always had a slight crush on the Master, I just couldn't help it. I love how funny he is especially when he gasses the people and he's just got a mask on with his thumbs up. I die with laughter when I watch it.
Saddest Episode: The saddest episode of Doctor who was The End of Time part 2 it is when the 10th Doctor regenerates and he goes and visits his past companions. I cry so much at that but I can't find the full clip on YouTube.
Although it doesn't directly involve the Master I still thought I should add it in.
Also this is the last episode we see the Master for a while...
A couple years later...
Peter Capaldi's 12th Doctor is faced with his enemy once again. But this time The Master has a new face and new name...MISSY short for MISTRESS. I was very confused with Missy's first appearance I didn't have a clue why she was so important in the story. Once I knew I didn't really like her that much. Until...
The Witch's Familiar Season 9 Episode 2. This was my all time favorite Peter Capaldi episode of the Doctor. This was when I really liked Missy too. I laugh all the time when I watch it, not just because Missy makes me laugh but also because the Doctor does too.
The Doctor is trapped on Skaro, the Doctor is at the heart of the Dalek empire, thinking Clara is dead, he has lost hope. But has Missy has saved Clara and is willing to help Clara save the Doctor.
I loved the little jokes they put in in this episode and I also loved how we saw Missy 'helping'. Everything that Missy said made me giggle and I think she is AWESOME! It made me laugh when he was dancing when the Dalek's were demanding where Clara was. Or her obsession with her stick...
12th Doctor in Davros' chair and with no hope...
One thing I cried laughing at was when the Doctor came through the door in Davros' chair and asked if anyone was up for dodgems. To be honest you couldn't imagine any other Doctor doing this.
Missy or The Master?
In my opinion my favorite has got to be Missy! I like her humor, sarcasm. I also like how she is now a Time Lady, she's got the "upgrade" as she put it in The Witch's Familiar.
Here are a few quotes of hers that I like:
"I love killing clever clogs, they make the best faces"
"Oh, pity, really. I was actually quite peckish"
"Make your own stick"
"In future, if your going to take my stick, do me the favor of actually killing me with it. Teamwork is all about respect"
"Interestingly, the Dalek word for sewer is the same word as their word for graveyard"
"Murdering a Dalek, I'm a Time Lady, its our golf"
Now I don't just adore Aidan because of his looks. I find him hilarious! He is also an amazing actor!
I first 'discovered' if you like who he was from The Hobbit which is one of my favorite films, it also has Martin Freeman, who I've also wrote a post about. The first of three of The Hobbit films was released in 2012, and I loved it. I loved the Lord of the Rings but I liked these a little better. I love his character, well Fili and Kili. I think the actors really complimented each other really well and i loved the little jokes they would do to try and annoy Bilbo (which always worked).
This scene is still one of my favorites of the film as we are introduced to the nephews of Thorin Oakensheild (Played by Richard Armitage), Fili (Dean O'Gorman) and Kili (Aidan Turner). Already you can tell they are a little mischievous but also that they like to look out for each other.
Before we go any further I think I should provide you with a little more informs about him if you don't know already…
Aidan Turner looking serious but as hot as ever!
Name: Aidan Turner
Born:June 19, 1983 in Dublin, Ireland

The Hobbit (all three films)
The Mortal Instruments City Of Bones
Poldark

The Secret Scripture

Look Away
I feel like we should / need to talk about Aidan in Being Human I mean him as a vampire was awesome. I loved how his character, Mitchel and Russel Tovey's character, George bounce off each other and the 'banter' they had. That was even better, I watched it again the other week and completely forgot how it made me laugh. I also realise I say a line from the show that George says in one of the first episodes which is "is everyone taking stupid pills". Even thinking about it or writing about it makes me laugh.
I also believe we MUST talk about his accent. I mean…wow. I'm always surprised when i do hear his accent. I think its because he never really keeps it in movies and TV shows.
Heres a little (ish) video of him being adorable and funny: Try watching this and not smile or laugh!
Did you smile and laugh? I bet you did...
Isn't he just so adorable and precious!!
Look at his little smile <3
This has to be my favorite gif ever!!! I laughed way too hard at this to I had to put it in for you viewing pleasure.
Today as I was finishing this post I Googled him to find the pictures and he has just finished a weeks filming Poldark. Not only that but some people had met him on a train form Bristol to Bath...
Now if it was me who was sat next to Aidan I would be on the phone to my friend straight away and then taking pictures every five seconds! I mean not in a creepy way but just to make sure he was actually there and I wasn't going crazy and seeing things.
Seriously though could you imagine a whole train ride with one of your favorite actors I mean I think I would faint (In the hope he would catch me obviously...).
This is the picture from the train look how cute he looks <3 <3
I am going to leave you with this adorable picture of the wonderful Aidan Turner!
Thanks for reading! See you soon monkeyrhiannon xx

I think most of you know what I am going to talk about... This man above in the gif has NEVER won an Oscar. The Oscars are coming up and the nominees have been released, take a look here in the link, I mean if you want to http://oscar.go.com/nominees
I really think he does deserve an Oscar! He's been in so many amazing films and played such diverse career and very few actors have.
A Few Funny Memes:
I can't understand why he hasn't won one because if the people who decide these things thought he wasn't worthy enough to have an Oscar surely they wouldn't keep nominating him.
I think one of my favorite films of his is Shutter Island I used to watch little bits of it each morning before I went to school and I didn't want to stop watching it. I loved the twist it had at the end, I've only watched it once and its still one of my favorites! Another is probably The Beach I can't remember why I watched it. I think someone must of mentioned it in school or something. I remember watching it and loving the place where they were, I also thought it was like a 'happy' film as such but by the end of the film I was sort of like 'wow this is dark'. I still loved it though!!
I did sort of enjoy Romeo + Juliet however I couldn't watch it now as I don't really like Shakespeare, I studied Romeo + Juliet for 3 years straight in school so I just can't now. The only Shakespeare play I like is A Midsummer Nights Dream.
In college I'm doing The Great Gatsby inEnglish and I had already seen the film before so every time I read it and Gatsby is in it all I can imagine is Leo (which I don't think is a bad thing). The only problem is I never seem to make it to the end of the film because my dad turns it off.
Anyway, although Leo said that he was flattered that people want him to have an Oscar, he doesn't want one because that's not why he does this job. If you could call it a job!
"The best thing about acting is that I lose myself in another character and actually get paid for it. Its a great outlet. As for myself, I'm not sure who I am. It seems that I change everyday" - Leonardo DiCaprio
